Zambia in Africa is one of the countries most severely affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Currently there are over 700 000 orphans in Zambia, many of which are due to HIV/AIDS. The Ebenezer Childcare Trust in Livingstone, Southern Zambia provides shelter and education for some of these orphans.
 
Friends of Ebenezer Australia Inc. is a registered charity that raises funds to financially support the activities of the Ebenezer Childcare Trust.
